My definition of fitness:  You are fit if you can try a new activity or exercise and not worry about pulling muscles or injuring yourself because lack of exercise/activity.

Everyone starts from their own unique point in life and fitness level.

I'm now in my sixties and I appreciate issues regarding fitness and strength that affect students and athletes of all ages. My goal is to assist everyone who trains with me, to improve movement, coordination, balance, and agility.
